Introducing F&M Dining's New Full Circle Garden

Our Full Circle Garden was built in April 2015. The garden uses compost collected from our Dining Hall. A variety of herbs and vegetables were planted including cilantro, tomatoes, radishes, beets, basil, cucumbers, green beans, rosemary, chives, sage, oregano, dill, parsley, chervil, thyme and peppers. 

The herbs and vegetables will be harvested and used for consumption in the Dining Hall. The garden will be maintained by Sodexo employees as well as student interns.
